Hi

You are using Joom Donation Form plugin, so you need to update this plugin (the file jdform.zip in the package) . You just need to uninstall the Donation Form Plugn, then install the new version of this plugin and publish it. After that, It will work fine .

Thanks ,

Tuan

Thanks Tuan,
That is what I had done - and I just did again to make sure.
It does not work.
Funny, before I activate the plugin, I can see my content page with {jdform 1} in it but once I turn on/activate the plugin, the server can't find my page. Strange?

Sorry for the bump. I have Version 2.6 of the Plugin (Oct 2009)
is this the right one?

I am having the exact same problem... I have downloaded JD Form plugin 2.6 (Oct 2009), and this doesn't work in a content item. Also using id 1 on standard contact page. I am using the built in Joomla SEF. Page is blank when plug-in active. I really hope you have a solution for this!

@eandafern : The latest version is now 2.7.0. When you update from previous version to version 2.7.0, you need to update both the component and the donation form plugin .

@wesleyderbyshire : What version are you using ? When did you download it ? Please give me more detail information.

I tested the latest version again and don't see any errors. If any of you still see the errror (please makes sure you are using latest version by downloading the package from server again and install it (both component and the plugin)) , please submit a support ticket contains FTP account and Joomla administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you .

Thanks ,

Tuan

I just downloaded this again from my account. I was expecting to see version 2.7 but I don't.

The component is still 2.6.4 and the jdform is still 2.6

Is the most recent version in the download area?

Oh

I see why you are getting old version now. You purchased the bundled package and I forgot to update the bundled package. Sorry about that .

I just updated these packages. Please download again and you will have latest version of the extension on your site .

Thanks. The component is now 2.7 but the jdform is the same as before. I thought that was updated also?

I installed jdform again with the new downloaded version. I thought it was supposed to be version 2.7? I can see jdform.php is from 9-27, so it's new, but the version number is still 2.6 Is that correct?
